- Order Review Stage: Orders submitted on our website are initially categorized under
awaiting_review. Our concierge team verifies product availability, selected sizes, and delivery coordinates before final dispatch confirmation. - Peak Periods & Festive Seasons: During peak festival seasons, high-demand product drops, or national holidays, order processing may require up to 1 additional business day.

Address Accuracy, Delivery Attempts & Damaged Parcels

Please ensure complete and accurate street details, building/flat numbers, prominent landmarks, and a valid 6-digit postal PIN code are provided during checkout. LookTrustyStyle is not responsible for transit delays caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or unserviceable address entries.
Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Packages
Courier logistics agents will attempt delivery up to 2 to 3 times before marking the parcel as Return to Origin (RTO). If you are unavailable, please coordinate with the courier delivery personnel or notify our concierge to reschedule delivery.
⚠️Important: Visibly Damaged or Tampered Parcels
If the outer packaging appears torn, unsealed, severely damaged, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the delivery and immediately alert our concierge team within 24 to 48 hours with photos of the outer box/flyer.
